Test Team Leader Role
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of testers in ensuring the highest standards of testing and quality. This involves planning and executing test strategies, implementing best practices in test management, developing and maintaining a competent and effective test team, and communicating test progress, results, and challenges to stakeholders.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for rolling stock testing.
- Lead a team of testers in executing test cases, identifying defects, and reporting test results.
- Maintain and improve existing testing processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless testing and delivery.
About You:
We're looking for an experienced test manager who can bring their analytical and quality assurance expertise to this role. A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is desired, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in test management and methodologies related to rolling stock.
- Familiarity with testing tools and software relevant to the train industry.
- Resilience in troubleshooting and resolving testing issues.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
