The Opportunity

This permanent position provides a dynamic chance to be the key point of contact between West Coast Sheet Metal and our customers across the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business development strategies and identify emerging markets in the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure their requirements are met to the highest standard.
  • Represent West Coast Sheet Metal at trade shows and industry events to showcase our expertise.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates on business performance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Adhere to safety policies and company procedures at all times.

Requirements

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with diverse stakeholders, from suppliers to end-users.
  • Experience in technical sales environments with a focus on tailored solutions, requiring strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and long-term partnerships with customers through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management capabilities, ensuring timely delivery of projects and services.
  • Familiarity with technical drawings, specifications, and sales order processing systems.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new platforms, such as CRM software.
  • A flair for developing innovative, customer-focused solutions that drive business growth and satisfaction.
  • Competent using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

About This Role

This Key Account Development Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping our business, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
