Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as waitstaff. As a key member of our award-winning restaurant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests and lead them to their seats with a warm smile
  • Introduce menus and describe dishes and drinks with enthusiasm and knowledge
  • Make personalized recommendations on specialty items
  • Take orders efficiently and accurately
  • Deliver orders in a timely manner with attention to detail
  • Adhere to high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and quality control
  • Inspect dish quality and appearance before serving
  • Identify and resolve customer requirements and preferences promptly
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Deliver checks and accept payment with a friendly smile
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a well-established restaurant environment
  • Demonstrated passion and knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and cuisine
  • Proficiency in cash registers and ordering systems
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle complex situations
  • Ability to work weekends and collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals
