Your Role
  • Create clear, accurate information and educational resources to support fair, safe and respectful workplaces in the arts sector.
  • Develop a comprehensive legal toolkit for the organisation, including interactive web-based tools and resources.
  • Review plain language content regularly, ensuring it is up-to-date and reflects changes in legislation.
  • Provide specialist guidance on working conditions, fair pay, work health and safety, and workplace respect.
