Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordinating With Project Managers, Engineers, Subcontractors And Other Stakeholders To Plan And Execute Heavy Civil Engineering Projects.
  • Conducting Site Surveys, Investigations, And Assessments To Gather Essential Data And Ensure Project Feasibility.
  • Preparing And Reviewing Project Plans, Drawings, And Specifications Ensuring Compliance With Design Requirements, Codes, And Regulations.
  • Supervising And Coordinating Construction Activities On-Site Including Earthworks, Foundation Construction, Structural Installations, And Roadworks.
  • Monitoring Project Progress, Quality Control, And Safety Compliance Implementing Corrective Actions As Necessary To Maintain Project Schedule.
  • Coordinating With Subcontractors And Suppliers To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Materials, Equipment, And Resources.
  • Conducting Regular Inspections And Quality Checks To Verify Workmanship And Adherence To Project Specifications.
  • Maintaining Accurate Project Documentation Including Daily Reports, Progress Photos, And As-Built Drawings.

Requirements:

  • Experience In Heavy Civil Engineering Construction Projects.
  • Strong Technical Knowledge Of Heavy Civil Construction Methods, Materials, And Processes.
  • Proficiency In AutoCAD, MS Office, And Other Relevant Software.
