The Role

We are seeking a Diploma qualified educator to join our team at Thrive North Gosford (Koolyangarra) centre.

The successful candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality education and care, and will be committed to building meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

The role involves working collaboratively with the team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children, and contributing to the centre's commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children
  • Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues

Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
  • Current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check
  • Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
