Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Service Operations Director, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring store environment that drives results.

You will work closely with your team to ensure every customer journey feels personal, genuine, and memorable. Your focus on service and operational excellence will help bring the brand to life on the shop floor.

Your key responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, analyzing sales data, leading and motivating a team of Sales Advisors, and overseeing daily store operations.

You will also act as a brand ambassador, consistently delivering the best possible experience for every customer.

Step into the role of Store Manager when required, ensuring continuity in leadership and performance.

  • Operational Excellence: Maintained high standards in store presentation and operations, contributing to positive customer feedback and increased sales.
  • Flexible & Reliable: Comfortable working varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
