Job Summary

We are seeking a highly dedicated and compassionate Care Package Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the return of ashes to our families in Tasmania, ensuring a seamless and empathetic experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Ashes Returns: Be the primary point of contact for families in Tasmania, arranging the best possible return of ashes experience for them.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience: Go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, being flexible and patient with any requests.
  • Contribute to Content and Resources: Assist in creating content and resources to support customers, ensuring they are well-informed, supported, and empowered.

  • Attention to Detail: Possess strong attention to detail and methodical under pressure.
