We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse or Clinical Nurse to join our dedicated team at the Murray Bridge Soldiers Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
About the Role:This is a multi-classed position, with the opportunity to work as either a Registered Nurse (RN1) or Clinical Nurse (RN2C). As a RN1, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care by assessing patient needs and coordinating appropriate services. As a RN2C, you will have the opportunity to work in a clinical role while also being assigned a portfolio aligned with your career development plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care by assessing patient needs and coordinating appropriate services
- Collaborate with other disciplines and agencies to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
To be considered for this role, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and hold a current practicing certificate. For the RN2C classification, you must have at least 3 years of full-time equivalent post-registration experience.
