Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Drive Shaft Fitter to join our team at Inenco Group Pty Limited. As a key member of our operations, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality industrial drive shafts and components to our customers.
About the Role:
- Fabricate and assemble drive shafts and other driveline components using various machine tools and equipment;
- Inspect and test assembled components to ensure quality and accuracy;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve process efficiency;
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to company health and safety policies and procedures;
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in drive shaft fabrication and assembly, preferably in an industrial setting;
- Strong understanding of mechanical principles and ability to read technical drawings and specifications;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and adapt to changing priorities;
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods;
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development;
