Business Partner Opportunity

This role involves guiding the company's strategy of value creation and protection, working closely with senior management to provide financial advice, develop relationships with stakeholders, and enhance business acumen in operations.

The successful candidate will create value by improving the quality of business decisions, through analysing financial data and identifying opportunities to enhance business outcomes.

  • Ability to improve business decision-making by analysing financial data and valuing opportunities.
  • Developing financial acumen within line leadership, using analysis to coach and influence teams on cost and value monitoring.
  • Providing critical and accurate financial analysis to support strategic business challenges.
  • Coaching and mentoring peers to ensure delivery against performance targets.
  • Leading the implementation and monitoring effectiveness of financial improvement initiatives.
  • Reviewing financial analysis for improvement projects, cost savings initiatives, and cost drivers.
  • Collaborating with Operations to collect and process inputs for 2-Year Budget and quarterly forecasts.
  • Analysing output of 2-Year Budget and quarterly forecasts for variability and improvement opportunities.
