About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team at ForHealth Group (Dayforce) in Karratha. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our experienced team of nurses and general practitioners.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer vaccines and perform post-vaccination observations and monitoring
- Triage patients and prioritize emergency situations
- Assist general practitioners with minor procedures and coordinate patient care
- Manage and maintain accurate patient clinical data
- Provide wound care and removal of sutures
- Deliver health education and coaching to support patients in achieving their health goals
Requirements
- AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse
- Proven experience in general practice or an acute setting
- Knowledge of health assessment principles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A passion for delivering high-quality patient care
