We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Team Supervisor to join our team at the JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa. As a key member of our Rooms Division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, such as transportation, reservations, and dry cleaning, by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
  • Gather, summarize, and provide information to guests about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
  • Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns.
  • Contact appropriate individuals or departments as necessary to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems.
  • Review shift logs and document pertinent information in logbooks.
  • Ensure that any outstanding requests from the previous day receive priority and are resolved.
  • Monitor inventory and order general office supplies.
  • Notify Loss Prevention/Security of any guest reports of theft.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
Requirements:
  • A current open QLD driver's license.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Confidence and skills to upsell and promote our venues.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to learn, think, and grow in this role.
