Bentley's Hotel, a renowned establishment in Clare, South Australia, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to lead our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for driving growth in our restaurant and ensuring the highest quality food is consistently delivered to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen operations to maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and flavor.
- Contribute to profitability by increasing sales, reducing waste, and improving efficiency.
- Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Cookery or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years' experience as a Chef.
- Proven industry experience and ability to train, motivate, and counsel staff.
- Exceptional levels of cleanliness and organization.
- Strong management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy environment.
What We Offer:
An annual salary package of $80,000 plus superannuation, along with excellent working conditions and opportunities for growth and development.
