Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Career Advancement Professional to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to financial advisers across the country.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote and educate clients about our offerings for financial advisers, focusing on software solutions, workflow optimization, and data analysis.
  • Ensure users get the most out of our software by providing excellent support and maximizing retention through seamless integration with their existing systems.
  • Lead training sessions digitally, both one-on-one and group webinars, to empower clients with the knowledge they need to succeed.
  • Conduct regular health-check reviews and ongoing service to users, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop account strategies in collaboration with Sales and identify new user groups and business opportunities.
  • Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and consultative account management skills to provide value-added services to clients.
  • Provide valuable client feedback and insights to inform product development and drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, relationship management, and/or business development within the financial advisory services sector.
  • Knowledge or experience working with Morningstar Wealth solutions, including AdviserLogic.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent English language capabilities, and a high level of articulation.
