Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care services, including showering, dressing, grooming, assisting with meals, and making beds
  • Delivering basic clinical care, including wound dressing, medication administration, and recording vital signs
  • Care management for conditions such as diabetes and arthritis
  • Entering reports and observations into our electronic system
  • Collaborating with the care manager to achieve person-centered care

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in an aged care environment
  • An enthusiastic and motivated approach
  • A current First Aid Certificate and valid police check clearance
