We are seeking an experienced Analytics Manager to join our team. This role will involve owning the Google Analytics 4 stack, including setup, configuration, and optimisation underpinned by a solid measurement framework.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with GA4, GTM, SQL/T-SQL, BigQuery, and Looker Studio. They will be able to deliver insight-driven recommendations, fuel experimentation, and master attribution & audiences.

Required Skills:
  • Hands-on GA4 ownership (implementation and ongoing optimisation).
  • Deep GTM expertise.
  • SQL / T-SQL and BigQuery skills to query GA4 export tables and join CRM/transactional data for unsampled, holistic insights.
  • Proficiency in Looker Studio.
  • Evidence of using analytics to unlock revenue or engagement growth.

To be competitive for this opportunity, you'll offer:
  • 5+ years in digital analytics, with 3+ years at senior analyst or manager level.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Analytics, BI, Computer Science or equivalent commercial experience.
  • Experience with data querying languages (e.g. T-SQL/SQL).
  • Demonstrated experience in translating analytics into high-impact test hypotheses to help drive Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
