Welcome Attendant Role

We are seeking a warm and welcoming individual to join our team as a casual porter. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impression on our guests and provide them with exceptional service.

As a porter, your day-to-day will involve providing guests with a warm welcome, assisting them with their luggage, transportation, and other needs, staying one step ahead of their requirements to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations, and completing other ad-hoc duties as requested to assist the front office team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with a warm welcome
  • Assisting guests with luggage, transportation, valet parking, and other needs
  • Staying one step ahead of our guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations
  • Completing other ad-hoc duties as requested to assist the front office team

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An unrestricted drivers license (manual preferred)
  • The ability to lift, pull, and push large objects up to 23kg
  • Strong communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good literacy and basic computer skills
  • Tech-savviness
