Skilled Jobs Australia is seeking a highly motivated Plant Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and designing the operation and maintenance of our painting plant.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree or higher qualification in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for developing and analysing labour utilization, planning and designing the operation and maintenance of the plant, and establishing standards and policies for installation of plant engineering.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and designing the operation and maintenance of the plant
  • Developing and analysing labour utilization
  • Establishing standards and policies for installation of plant engineering
  • Directing the maintenance of plant equipment and coordinating the requirements for design and maintenance schedule

As a Plant Operations Specialist, you will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our painting plant. You will be responsible for ensuring that all plant equipment is properly maintained and that the plant is operated in a safe and efficient manner.
