Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating daily operational activities and ensuring adequate staffing levels
• Providing support to funeral teams and responding to client needs and requests
• Overseeing documentation, scheduling, and administrative processes
• Supervising cremation facilities and managing related financial transactions
• Maintaining equipment, vehicles, and supplies
• Participating in funeral services, transfers, viewings, and cremations
• Liaising with mortuary staff to ensure timely and respectful handling of deceased persons
• Developing staff skills to deliver exceptional customer service
