About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our Sales team in Melbourne.
As a mid-market Account Executive, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with business owners, identifying their needs, and providing them with the right Zeller solutions.
You will spend your days prospecting, cold calling, and meeting with business owners to understand their pain points and develop a deep understanding of their businesses.
With a strong commercial mindset and excellent communication skills, you will be able to effectively manage your leads and deals pipeline, and work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Spend your days prospecting to small, medium, and large-sized businesses through outbound lead generation, door-to-door prospecting, and cold calling/email.
- Building Relationships: Build a deep understanding of the pain points and requirements of business owners, and formulate the right Zeller solution to exceed their expectations.
- Lead and Deal Management: Meticulously manage your leads and deals pipeline within the Hubspot Sales Hub with outstanding hygiene and attention to detail.
- Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales cycle, including planning, qualifying, obtaining information, due diligence, and closing new deals to achieve individual targets.
- Complex Solutions: Translate complex merchant business banking and merchant services requirements into a succinct, simple, and beautiful solution.
- Storytelling and Presentations: Deliver an outstanding first impression for Zeller's merchants by using storytelling, case studies, pitch decks, and industry news to inspire them about how we are the right business banking partner for them.
- Commercial Acumen: Develop commercially sound deals across a wide variety of customer use cases, verticals, and complex economics.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with SME, technology, fintech, payments, competitor, and industry trends that are relevant to your merchants.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with your Zeller team members across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to relay customer feedback.
