We are seeking a skilled Creative Cake Artisan to join our team of talented pastry cooks in Keilor Park, VIC.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about cake decorating and wish to bring their creativity and experience to a dynamic and growing bakery.
The ideal candidate will have trade qualifications (pastry or equivalent) and great attention to detail, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced food environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for decorating cakes to high quality standards, collaborating with team members to fulfill customer orders and meet production targets, and ensuring food safety, HACCP, and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Decorate cakes using a range of techniques from intricate piping to fondant work.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets and deliver high-quality products.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
- Trade qualifications (pastry or equivalent)
