Job Title: Litigation Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced litigation lawyer to join our high-performing commercial litigation team. As a key member of the team, you will work directly with Partner, Christopher Smith, on some of the most high-profile, complex, multi-party disputes in the country.

The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' post-qualification experience and strong experience gained in either a local or international law firm. You should bring excellent communication and drafting skills, experience with large data sets and complex evidence, confidence working with Counsel and across multi-party teams, a commercial mindset and proven client service delivery, strong time and matter management, and team leadership skills or the desire to develop them.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key issues and provide recommendations to senior counsel
  • Develop and implement case strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients
  • Prepare and present court documents and arguments
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and efficient workflow
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Requirements:
  • 4+ years' post-qualification experience as a litigation lawyer
  • Strong understanding of commercial litigation laws and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
