Job Title: Automotive Assessor

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inspect Carma cars to identify damage and determine the best repair plan.
  • Weigh up all findings for each individual car to make informed decisions.
  • Use car knowledge, our system, data, market insights, and in-house standards to determine the best pathway for each car.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to share ideas and involve the right people to make decisions.
  • Review and be accountable for the end cost and quality of cars versus initial projections.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the production line by assisting with tasks such as moving cars, washing them, or ensuring everything is on schedule.
  • Share your ideas – if there's a better way of doing things, we want to hear it.


About You:

  • You have extensive knowledge of cars, preferably with experience in vehicle inspections and/or repairs.
  • You're comfortable navigating new systems, as we're a tech company.
  • Your attention to detail is exceptional – you can balance speed with top-notch quality.
  • You're a reliable team player who thrives in fast-paced environments where priorities change frequently.
  • You hold a clean NSW driver's license.
