About this opportunity
We have an exciting vacancy for a Registered Nurse to join our team in a permanent, full-time position.
The successful candidate will provide evidence-based and contemporary patient-centred clinical care in collaboration with other multidisciplinary healthcare team members.
The delivery of care extends to patient advocacy with particular consideration to patients' physical, emotional and spiritual needs that contribute to optimal clinical outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring safe and efficient care management within the scope of practice and professional guidelines.
- Collaborating with the multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
About you

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with no practice restrictions.
- Digital and computer proficiency.
- Minimum of one-year post-graduate experience.
- Effective communication and clinical problem-solving skills to maximise patient care and outcomes.
- Knowledge and commitment to continuous improvement of health care and nursing practice.
- Demonstrates a collaborative and engaging approach to teamwork and the ability to work within the multi-disciplinary team.
