At EACH Victoria, we are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist Key Worker to join our team of Allied Health professionals. As an Occupational Therapist Key Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering supports to families and children with developmental delays/disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver supports to families and children using evidence-informed best practice
- Use assessments and observations to tailor support options to meet individual needs
- Empower families and caregivers to build skills and confidence to support children in their everyday lives
- Connect children and families with their community to ensure inclusion and participation
- Keep thorough records of conversations, developmental progress, and goals
Requirements:
- Qualification in Allied Health or Education
- Expert knowledge in child development and ability to identify developmental issues
- Proven track record supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles
