About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to spearhead our inclusive employment initiatives. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with employers and industry sectors to advance our mission.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing strategic partnerships with employers and industry sectors to advance inclusive employment initiatives
  • Expanding and nurturing community networks to increase candidate referrals and support workforce diversity
  • Leading efforts to attract new clients and actively promoting our services as a trusted resource that supports people with disability to achieve their career goals
  • Contributing to strategic planning by analysing market trends and providing actionable, data-driven insights
  • Optimising CRM systems and reporting to monitor performance metrics and uncover new growth opportunities

The successful candidate will have:

  • A business, management or human services related qualification and/or relevant experience
  • Experience in business development, employer engagement or partnership management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to analyse market trends and translate insights into action
  • Confidence using CRM systems and reporting tools to drive performance
