We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Endoscopy Unit as a key member of the healthcare team.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient outcomes by providing individualized care tailored to each patient's needs.
- Work effectively within a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, enabling strong relationships with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Current clinical knowledge and problem-solving ability, allowing you to make informed decisions in complex situations.
