About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team in Karratha. As an Apprenticeship Support Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training contract sign-ups, providing client support and advice, and driving business development across the region.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships and has a drive to exceed expectations. You will be working autonomously to achieve daily KPIs, while reporting to the Team Leader, Regional Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring high-quality training contract sign-ups, and provide expert advice on incentives and eligibility.
  • Take ownership of business development activities, identifying and securing new opportunities in your area.
  • Maintain a robust network of clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the training contract period.
  • Conduct assessments of employers and apprentices to determine apprenticeship readiness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of exceeding expectations.
  • Able to work independently, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining a network of clients, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to represent the organization at events, functions, and career expos, presenting confidently and networking effectively.
  • Current and valid Driver's Licence, National Police Clearance, and Working with Children Check.
