**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Food & Beverage Administration Officer. This role will provide assistance to both Front of House and Back of House operations in our food & beverage department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical aspects including point of sale and digital signage operations, Ungerboeck (event management system) data entry and information management, and other administrative tasks.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and diverse environment, with the possibility of event-driven hours over 7 days, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage technical aspects of food and beverage operations, including point of sale and digital signage
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including Ungerboeck data entry and information management
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

**Requirements**

  • 1-2 years' experience in administration and/or food & beverage operations
  • Experience using Ungerboeck or similar event management system (desirable)
  • Superior attention to detail and process-driven approach
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and late nights
