About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Fortitude Valley. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our children, fostering a love of learning, and creating a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
  • Build strong relationships with families, ensuring open communication and collaboration to support the well-being and education of our children.
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement educational programs that achieve outstanding outcomes for our children.
  • Provide a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes creativity, curiosity, and exploration.
  • Mentor and support the professional development of colleagues, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements
