About the Role:
As the Maternal Health Services Manager, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our service and contribute to the growth and development of our team.
You will be responsible for delivering a high-performance team culture and providing leadership, coaching, and high-quality supervision to ensure that the service is delivered efficiently and effectively.
You will also be required to make decisions on the day-to-day running of the service, including managing budgets and resources to achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements:
- Current Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- Qualifications in Maternal and Child Health nursing recognized in Victoria
- Experience in all aspects of the Maternal and Child Health service
- Leadership experience highly desired
