We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Planner to join our Just Jeans Planning team. As a commercial partner with the Product Managers, you will work together to maximise the financial performance of the brand by developing and managing the department financial plan.

Responsibilities
  • Develop seasonal budgets in conjunction with the product team.
  • Implement and manage assortment plans to achieve department financial KPIs.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the financial projection.
  • Collaborate with product design and sourcing teams to provide feedback on merchandise.
  • Analyse pre- and post-review data to inform business decisions.
  • Manage department stock levels and stock turn.
  • Conduct key in-season and post-season analysis.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in merchandise planning would be advantageous.
  • Expertise in sales forecasting, budgeting, option planning, managing the OTB, and inventory management.
  • A passion for retail with strong analytical skills.
  • Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent commercial and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
