About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Educator to join our team at Affinity Education. As a key member of our Early Years team, you will be responsible for facilitating the Lifelong Learning Program in our Early Years age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Provide high-quality care and education to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of our children and families
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent Bachelor's degree. You will also need to have a current Working with Children's Check and a current first aid certificate.
