About the Role

This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our General Managers of Retail and Marketing.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management and organisation for senior leaders, anticipating needs and priorities.
  • Prioritising emails and ensuring essential communications are promptly addressed.
  • Assisting with the creation of presentations, reports, and other administrative tasks.
  • Managing key workflows and supporting office operations.
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to drive organisational success.
