Education Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support our students in various settings. As an Education Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the learning experience for our students.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing emotional and physical care for students in line with school policies and procedures
  • Developing and implementing project-based units to engage 'at-risk' students in their learning
  • Supporting the supervision of students during playground activities, camps, excursions, and sporting events
  • Preparing student resources and equipment for lessons
  • Evaluating program effectiveness and providing feedback to teachers on student involvement and achievement

  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and other staff members
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment
