Technical Solutions Consultant

Garners is looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to help IT service providers scale their businesses through strategic lead generation and full-funnel sales support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound prospecting, and collaborating with IT sales teams to convert leads into long-term customers. They will also stay up to date on IT and AI industry trends to position solutions effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage decision-makers within SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise organizations looking for IT solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads for Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and AI-driven technologies.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to set high-value meetings.
  • Educate prospects on how AI, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions can drive efficiency, security, and innovation.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of IT sales or business development experience, preferably in Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or AI solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, cloud computing, and AI-driven technologies.
  • Proven ability to generate, qualify, and nurture leads in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple client campaigns.
