Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage tax strategies for clients, including research and analysis of complex tax laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough tax due diligence projects to identify key tax risks and potential deal breakers, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
  • Provide high-quality support to clients in preparing and reviewing their income tax compliance obligations, ensuring timely submission and minimal risk.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver strategic advice on managing complex tax risks, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Contribute to business development efforts by preparing marketing materials and participating in meetings with clients and proposals, showcasing your expertise and building relationships.
  • Participate in and lead meetings and conference calls with client personnel, serving as an additional point of contact for day-to-day matters and ensuring seamless communication.
