Deliver compassionate and safe clinical care in a collaborative healthcare environment.
As a Registered Nurse within Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services, you will play a key role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for patients experiencing mental health and addiction challenges.
">- Engage with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care addressing psychological, social, emotional, spiritual, and physical needs.
- Provide high-quality nursing care aligned with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia standards and organisational frameworks such as Magnet and Pathway to Excellence.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating increasing professional judgement and accountability in clinical decision-making.
Nursing Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered Nurse with current NMBA registration.
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience or a strong willingness to develop skills in mental health and addiction nursing, including conducting comprehensive mental health and risk assessments.
