About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist Grade 2 to join our Ambulatory Aged Care Program (AACP) team at Goulburn Valley Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide person-centered care to clients in a variety of settings, including bed-based and home-based environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physiotherapy services to clients with a range of health conditions, including those with mobility and functional impairments.
- Work collaboratively with clients, carers, and families to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct assessments and develop exercise programs to promote independence and mobility.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and develop care plans.
- Provide education and training to clients, carers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Physiotherapist.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Physiotherapist in acute, subacute, or community settings.
