At DEPT, we're seeking a skilled Digital Transformation Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development and delivery of innovative digital products and solutions for our clients.

About the Role:

  • Direct and manage project delivery engagements from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with Programme Managers and clients to define project costs, scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communications activities.
  • Work closely with Account Directors to estimate and plan resources for project inception and build phases.
  • Advocate for clients and ensure their voice is injected into product and delivery strategy.
  • Omitimize client relationships by developing trusted partnerships and continually seeking business development opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate project progress with stakeholders (external clients and internal project teams).
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
  • Track milestones and deliverables as required.

About You:

  • Senior experience leading projects or service delivery teams.
  • Strong account management and project management skills.
  • Experience in commerce and/or Adobe will be highly regarded.
  • Agile environment experience, delivering complex digital projects and products.
  • Significant client service and stakeholder management experience.
  • Thorough understanding of the project life-cycle and project management principles.
  • Working knowledge of project management software.
  • Solid knowledge of how information and technology contribute to business performance.
  • Proven experience in managing clients through commitment to stakeholder success, quality, and service.
