Key Responsibilities- The position provides clinical leadership to the Oncology ward, aligning with the strategic direction, operational processes, and quality management of all patients.
- Provide clinical operational direction for the unit to ensure efficient and effective management by coordinating the delivery of evidence-based nursing care.
- As the Nurse Unit Manager, you will be accountable and responsible for the effective daily management of human, financial, and material resources.

We specialise in Cardiology, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, and Cancer, offering a comprehensive range of onsite medical and surgical services and delivering the highest standard in all areas of healthcare.
Essential Criteria- Current registration with AHPRA
- Working with Children check
- Previous experience at NUM level or equivalent (minimum 3 years)
- Compliance with ACSQHC National standards
- A strong commitment to developing in a management role
- Computer literacy including MS Office and various databases
- Ability to work cohesively within a team environment
- Proven time management and prioritisation skills
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge base in labour management
- Demonstrated HR management experience
