As a seasoned early childhood educator, we invite you to take on the role of leading a room and implementing high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our young learners. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
The Job Description- Develop and implement daily routines and maintain accurate records of child development.
- Continuously assess and improve the learning environment to ensure it meets the diverse needs of children.
- Collaborate with a team of educators to create a stimulating and engaging play-based learning environment.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent) and sound knowledge of early learning quality and educational frameworks.
- Excellent leadership and time management skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A competitive hourly rate and superannuation benefits.
- 17.5% leave loading and salary packaging opportunities up to $15,900.
