About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our Seaford site. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered care to residents with a focus on their physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical knowledge and skills

Requirements

  • Hold a Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with a minimum 6 months post-graduate experience
  • Hold a current AHPRA registration
  • At least 6 months experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse
  • Willingness to commit to a permanent part-time roster
