About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Professional to join our Corporate Services team in Australia and New Zealand. This exciting opportunity is part of L'Oréal's largest pure beauty company, with a rich history spanning over years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement sourcing strategies for various indirect categories, including Marketing and Retail, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Lead existing vendor reviews and go-to-market strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to increase engagement with the Procurement team.
  • Advise on and deliver sourcing services and solutions at a corporate level, aligning with brand objectives and L'Oréal's overall business goals.
  • Provide expert advice on high-value sourcing projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient solutions.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to create sourcing documents, including funding approvals, procurement strategies, RFx documents, evaluation plans, and reports.
  • Continuously monitor and understand changing business requirements within the organization.
  • Support the team on all compliance aspects, utilizing internal procurement platforms effectively.

About You

We are looking for an individual with some Procurement experience, who is a fast learner, inquisitive, and driven. If you have proven experience in managing contracts, including drafting, negotiating, and executing agreements, we want to hear from you.

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using bidding tools to streamline the procurement process.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment.
  • A strong networker with excellent analytical capabilities.
  • Commercially minded and entrepreneurial in approach.
