Our client is a leading non-bank mortgage lender, renowned for its expertise in offering bespoke lending solutions tailored to clients' needs.
The Role:
- This challenging role will involve working closely with brokers and borrowers, attending to all matters of credit, including setting up and maintaining current files, liaising with stakeholders about loan progress, instructing lawyers on new files, and managing administrative staff on the credit side.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Setting up and maintaining current files, ensuring accurate and timely completion of credit assessments.
- Liaising with brokers and borrowers to ensure seamless loan processes, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Instructing lawyers on new files, coordinating with the investments team to achieve successful mortgage outcomes.
- Managing administrative staff on the credit side, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Reviewing and instructing valuations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Attending to security documents post-settlement, verifying accuracy and completeness.
- Maintaining compliance requirements, adhering to industry standards and regulatory frameworks.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders, including lawyers, to ensure effective communication throughout the loan process.
