Exciting Opportunity: Yardsman with Rear Mounted Forklift Expertise

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Yardsman with expertise in operating a rear-mounted forklift to support our construction projects. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our yard and supporting our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a rear-mounted forklift to move materials and equipment around the yard.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, optimizing space and efficiency.
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring accuracy and safety.
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks on equipment and vehicles as required.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Essential Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A valid forklift license with demonstrated experience in rear-mounted forklift operation.
  • A White Card (Construction Induction Training).
  • Scaffolder certifications (Basic to Advanced), showcasing proficiency in scaffold assembly and dismantling.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or logistics industry.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
