Job Title: Creative Leader
We are seeking an experienced Graphic Design Lead to lead our Work Winning team.
The ideal candidate will have expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite, experience leading teams, and the ability to develop template systems and maintain a central graphics library. They will be accountable for developing and managing all graphic design outputs for tenders, EOIs, and strategic business documentation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop designs of submission documents, infographics, and visual aids that communicate key business messages clearly and consistently.
- Manage and develop a central graphics library and template system for scalable design production.
- Collaborate with bid teams, desktop publishers, and subject matter experts to convert complex information into clear, business-focused visuals.
- Oversee and coach the Graphic Design Hub team, including workload planning, quality control, and upskilling on Adobe tools and bid design standards.
- Ensure all designs meet brand, accessibility, and file structure standards, supporting governance and external expectations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in a graphic design leadership role, ideally in proposals or business submission environments.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat, with a focus on structured business documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing small teams and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of corporate branding, layout systems, and document usability, emphasizing clarity and persuasion over aesthetic creativity.
