Food Service Coordinator Role

About the Opportunity:

This is a full-time position working in a dynamic team environment to provide exceptional food and beverage services. You will work closely with the Head Chef/Manager to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen, front-of-house, administration, and OH&S duties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head Chef/Manager in all aspects of food service operations
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to meet the needs of clients
  • Assist with basic food preparation as required by the Head Chef

Key Requirements for Success:

  • A minimum of 2 years experience supervising food and beverage service teams
  • Demonstrated expertise in Food Safety Standards and HACCP principles
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
