The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service while leading a team committed to high standards of work ethic and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly operational plans to meet customer demands efficiently.
- Monitor workforce utilization to meet budgetary goals while managing costs, absenteeism, and staff turnover.
- Support the implementation of the company's Quality and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) through training and procedural adherence.
- Participate in Hygiene and Food Safety Review meetings.
- Evaluate hygiene-related non-conformances and ensure timely and effective corrective actions are executed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all registers at all times.
- Ensure all equipment is operational and that necessary supplies are readily available.
Required Competencies:
- Proven reliability and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Word and Excel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a small team environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of retail products.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $70K to $75K plus superannuation. Additional benefits include a Monday to Friday work schedule and a 10% discount on all purchases.
